50 Shades of Preparation

.I hope you do not mind that this week I haven’t written a blog. My reason being I am exhibiting at an Art Exhibition in a beautiful church close to our home which is well worth a visit, it’s fabulous stained glass windows look magnificent it is almost impossible to believe they are over 300 years old. The Church is attached to Whitley Court and there are a tea rooms too, so if Worcestershire is a drive away it is a definite Bank Holiday day out to add to your list.

I am also taking part in a very exciting talk in Rome, and as many of you know only too well in order to perform as we hope, at our best, we need to respect the limitations fatigue places upon us. I am therefore preparing myself, so I am able to give it my best while I am doing my part. I am so excited to be part of such a fabulous event at the ESC Congress 2016 in Rome.

I will report on both of these things in my blog next week I promise but you can follow my talk along with feedback from the talks of others via Twitter. Mine will be part of a workshop starting at 8.30am Tuesday watch out for @siignagainststroke reporting on the day also Bayer Pharmaceutical recording it.
